Cremation services for my mother, Joely (Wrobleski) Bachman

Donation protected
My name is Shaye Bachman, and I lost my mother on her birthday, December 10th. Earlier this year my mother had received a lung cancer diagnosis. The spot was small and so treatment seemed as though it would be successful. After her chemo and radiation, things seemed hopeful and the spot was shrinking, that is until her recent hospital stay. She woke up one morning early December to a bloody nose that wouldn't quit and ended up hospitalized. They told her that her blood platelets were dangerously low ((hers were 12,000 while healthy levels are 150,000)), which is common for cancer patients, but they wanted to run some more tests regardless. They found out the cancer had started spreading again and unfortunately ended up in her bones and brain and wanted to restart treatments when she got her strength back up. They were able to get her platelets up to stable levels and sent her home with information on moving forward. She was home only two short days before her body stopped taking in oxygen from even her oxygen tank and was rushed to the emergency room at 3am on December 9th to be intubated. Within that short amount of time they discovered the cancer had taken over almost her entire lung and spread to her liver as well. While scans showed no signs of stroke, or bleeding, they believe her oxygen dropping for so long may have also caused some damage to her brain as she was unable to squeeze her hands or move the right side of her body. With her critical condition they did not think she would be able to take on anymore treatment and would not survive any surgical procedures. We were forced to make the impossible decision to remove life support and ease her suffering. She had turned only 54 that very day. As my grandmother ((my mothers mother)) is also undergoing cancer treatments at this time funds are rather tight, and we are unable to afford even cremation services for her. If you read this far, I want to thank you for taking the time, its hard for me to ask for help but I appreciate even the sympathy during this very difficult time.
