Cremation & Memorial Fund for Cheyenne F.

This was my mom, Cheyenne, during some of the times when she was truly at her happiest, surrounded by her chosen family, adopted children, and her animals.

Over the last few years, she had been struggling with declining physical and mental health problems. Leaving her largely home-bound and with my Grandmother, her mother, to be her primary caretaker. She was taken from us on June 14, 2023, at 4:16 pm. She passed away at home, surrounded by her family and animals, as she would’ve wanted. She is finally free from the immense pain and suffering she had been enduring most of her life. She battled alcoholism and addiction for a large portion of her life, she had 24 years of sobriety and completed the “True 13th Step” and left this world clean and sober.

Though her time on this earth was cut short too soon, she touched the lives of many in her 44 years. Whether it be her being room mom for mine or my brother's class, a chaperone on a school field trip, giving back to others through service work, adopting mine and my brother’s friends, or hosting holiday meals at our house for people who had no place else to go. She always seemed to make an effort to reach out to those in need and let them know they always had a place with her, even coming from small means and never feeling as if she was allowed to ask for help herself.

In her death, she isn’t able to ask for help this one last time, so I have to speak for her.
