Cremation fund for our loving daddy, Michael Anderson

Hello everyone. Our father Michael Anderson has been sick with Stage 4 Lung Cancer that has spread to his bones. He has been declining, but it has happened rapidly the last 2 months. His youngest daughter Rebecca has been living with him and looking after him all this time. But it is at the point now he is home on 24 hour hospice care that is being provided by my 2 sisters and I. He has been living in pain for so long, but we are making him as comfortable as possible until he makes his final passage Home.

His wish is to be cremated and after looking into expenses, it will be around $2,500 for the whole cremation process. Nothing is covered by Medicare or Medicaid. So with the inevitable now approaching quickly, I have come asking for any donations to help us cover these costs for our dad so it one less hardship for us to bare while we are focused on taking care of him. We appreciate anyone willing to share or donate. And we even more so appreciate all the prayers, well wishes, good thoughts, calls, and texts we’ve received during one of the hardest times of our lives. It has sincerely kept us going and we appreciate and love you all.

If any surplus of donations occurs, they will be given to his daughter Rebecca for moving expenses as she has been the one living with our dad taking care of him, and will have to start this new journey on her own.
