My name is David Mays . I was a caregiver for 25 years until issues with my prostate and kidneys forced me to quit . I have been living on my social security as my only income for the last 4

years . My Nephrologist has informed me that my kidneys have now reached the point of what she calls Presumptive Renal Failure , meaning that I can expect them to shut down completely at some point . I have chosen not to undergo dialysis as I cannot conceive living like that . I am asking for help with my cremation expenses that I would like taken care of by The Neptune Society ,

who will perform this service and see to it that my ashes are sent to my loved ones in Western Australia where they will

be scattered . It means everything to me

that this matter is resolved while I am still

alive because I will have no control over what to do with my remains when I pass .
