Cremation and Funeral for Gavin Hong

On 12/3/22, our family discovered that we had lost the youngest Hong sibling, Gavin.

Gavin was an incredibly intelligent, hard-working, caring person. His proudest achievements were becoming an EMT and then a Firefighter. He was working on securing a position with Cal-Fire, as that was his dream.

While we don't yet know all of the details of his passing, some people have asked for the details of where to send donations.

My intentions are to cremate and then bury him next to my mom, which is what I think they would have both wanted. We want to give Gavin the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

*After tentatively exploring our options, I have updated the goal we hope to reach. Our hope is to have him cremated and buried in the urn only plot right next to my mom and directly across from my sister at Olivewood Memorial Park in Riverside. Their prices have gone up over the last year, so its coming out to more than we thought.
