Cremation and Church Services

I just wanted to thank everyone for their donations. My dad passed away August 17th . We are still working on his final wishes . We will have a service.  September 10th at 10 am at Baker Memorial Methodist church. Any help is appreciated by my family.  

my name is Tina and I'm fundraising for my father Phillip Zavitz's cremation and church services. Mr. Z was placed on Hospice Care 2 weeks ago. He is in his final days now.
