Cremation & Memorial Costs for Rick Lyons

On Saturday, April 18th we unexpectedly lost my father after a long journey of health issues.
Being his only child the responsibilities for transportation, cremation, death certificates and memorials have fallen down onto me.
Dad did not have anything in place to cover these enormous costs and after doing some research with his Medicaid there is no death benefit whatsoever.
Most of you know I am a single mother working 2-3 jobs to take care of my own child (his grandson, who he adored) so I don’t have the necessary resources to provide coverage for these expenses.
Most of you also know I absolutely HATE asking for help so this is very hard for me but he has left me with no other options.
Things have been extremely tragic and shocking the last few days and the COVID Pandemic has made everything extremely more difficult. I am hoping if we all pitch in what we can I will be able to claim my fathers body and have him cremated at the very least this week. Thank you for supporting our family during this incredibly sad and difficult time.
