Creatives Emergency Aid is a coordinated effort by Australian and international authors who have come together to raise much needed funds for emergency aid following the severe floods and landslides that devastated many regions across Aceh, North Sumatra and West Sumatra following the unforeseen tropical cyclone: Senyar. With entire villages submerged, homes destroyed and farmlands washed out, thousands of families and children have been displaced and are now facing serious health risks due to lack of basic supplies such as food, water and medicine.

We are one of a few fundraisers who are focusing their efforts on various provinces in Sumatra, we are focusing our efforts in East Aceh which was severely hit.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to IKABBAS Foundation, who are working tirelessly on the ground in Medan, Indonesia to secure supplies and deliver directly to the severely affected areas in East Aceh.

Our aim is to help IKABBAS Foundation secure essentials including but not limited to:

• Baby formula and children’s supplies

• Women’s health needs

• Emergency food packs and rice

• Medical assistance

• Support for isolated villages
