My name is Sita Ostheimer.
I am a Berlin based choreographer and Artistic Director of
Sita Ostheimer Company
We do not receive any financial support for our current production.
Nevertheless, we are creating new work.
A desperate yet compassionate attempt to keep on doing what we have been: being creative, productive and hoping to spread love,
regardless the massive cut our profession has suffered due to the pandemic.
We are currently working on a duet called
E v e r y t h i n g T h a t's L e f t .
We are very fortunate to have been invited to share our work at a
Dance Festival in Rome in July 2021.
The festival is called
FUORI PROGRAMMA FESTIVAL.
This production is self financed between the artists.
I would love to be able to raise at least some of the production costs we have already spent and will still need to invest.
Any lucky extra will be shared equally between us, for rehearsal times,
which will be 5 weeks in total.
We are:
/ Sita Ostheimer, choreographer based in Berlin
/ Jonathan Sanchez, rehearsal director and head of Media
of Sita Ostheimer Company, based in Berlin
/ Maïlee Mouttou and Fanny Laï, dancers based in Barcelona
/ ORI, composer based in Jerusalem
/ Johanna Kasperowitsch, writer based in Berlin
/ So far we have spent:
- 300,- rehearsal space in Barcelona
- 352,- travel to Barcelona
- 500,- music composer
- 100,- accommodation in Barcelona
TOTAL 1252,-
/ We still would need to cover:
- Travel expenses to Rome, 4 people
100,- per person
TOTAL 400,-
- Accommodation of 4 nights in Rome, 4 people
81,- per person/per night
TOTAL 1296,-
- Written work for future touring applications
120,-
- Trailer creation and Promotion
200,-
TOTAL PRODUCTION COSTS 3268,-
