I am a yoga instructor and wellness coach and I know how powerful the mind-body connection can be, so I've teamed up with Lululemon Athletica and we're creating a COLOSSAL fundraiser! All proceeds will go to the Women’s Health Resource Center in San Francisco, a center created by California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) to recognize and support the unique health care needs of women.
CPMC's mission is to provide women a place to go for current health information, referrals, practical assistance about family health matters, and support from health professionals who understand and care about women.
The programs and services of the Women’s Health Resource Center include yoga, meditation, acupuncture, therapy, massage, and support groups - all critical in providing women a sense of normalcy, community,
connection, comfort, ease, and peace - HUGE components of the healing process.
These services are available to anyone, regardless of Insurance restrictions or ability to pay, and with continued support, the Center will continue to enhance its current offerings and introduce new, innovative programs assisting for Women in need.
