On January 11th, 2026, in the early morning, Pam Notte passed away unexpectedly. She was with her husband, Mike Notte, who was her other half. Together, they were each other’s world. Her two children, Ethan and Emma, are 25 and 22 respectively, and will be in a world without their own mother.

During this time of grief and heartbreak for the family and the endless people Pam supported through her career, we ask for donations to create a scholarship in her name.

Pam worked at West Rutland School since she was pregnant with her second child in 2003. During her time there, she supported every family she could and was always willing to go the extra mile. She loved her job, the children, the co-workers, the families, and most importantly, knowing she could help others. There wasn’t a single person in the West Rutland area that didn’t know Pam and all the work she did. She had a contagious smile that could brighten any moment.

The Pam Notte Scholarship would be awarded to the student that embodies all of the wonderful qualities of Pam. Not only her hard work, but her desire to care for others and drive to make differences in the lives of those around them.

Her family misses her immensely and would appreciate any help in creating this scholarship. We would love to help support students in their future at this school, so she can continue to make a difference for years and years to come.
