Why I’m Raising Funds

Hello, my name is Michaela, and my daughter attends a lovely school in Kegworth. The school is working hard to create a sensory room – a calming space that will support children who sometimes need a quiet, safe place to regulate their emotions and refocus during the school day.

This room will make a real difference for many students, including my daughter’s classmates. It will give them access to things like sensory lights, fidget tools, and calming equipment that can reduce stress, improve focus, and support their wellbeing.

I’m raising funds to help the school purchase a few important items to add to the room. Every donation, no matter the size, will help bring us closer to giving the children in Kegworth a space where they can feel calm, supported, and ready to learn.
