Last year, I sensed the Lord urging me to write a book about being an anointed creative. To be honest, I never believed I would actually follow through with it. But, fast forward through months of prayer, seeking the Lord, and waking at 5:30 am to write, it's finished. I've struggled with seasons of insecurity through this process. I constantly ask myself questions like, "Who wants to actually read what you have to say?" Through a lot of prayer, I've come to a place where it's more important to walk in obedience to the Lord rather than achieve approval from others.

I think I've finally landed on a title for the book which is "Create & Activate." Through this book, I believe the Lord wants to inspire creatives to cultivate a lifestyle of anointed creativity that leads people to His presence. I want to help you and others take your God-given abilities and expand them to greater heights through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit and the testimony of Jesus. My prayer is that everything you touch has the fingerprint of the Creator and you begin to live out God’s “Creative Mandate” in your pursuit to be like Him.

Here's the truth I've come to accept...I can't make this book a reality without your help! I simply don't have the personal funds required to publish a book. After extensive research and speaking with multiple experienced writers about their publishing process, I've decided my path is to go with a Christian self-publishing company. The services they will provide include editing, formatting, designing, and publishing the manuscript. I also have the opportunity to get the book uploaded to the YouVersion app as a reading plan/study guide. This would be a great way to reach people considering YouVersion is one the most used and comprehensive Bible apps in the world. The cost for all of these services is around $8,000.

My ask is that you seek the Lord and ask if you're supposed to invest in the mission of getting "Create & Activate" published. I would be eternally grateful and humbled by your generosity. I don't take this lightly and I promise to steward every cent with integrity and intentionality.
