We provide funds to individuals and families, enabling them to access essential end-of-life care services such as end-of-life doulas, music therapies, massage therapies, and other services typically not covered by insurance. Without financial assistance, many families cannot afford these services, which greatly improve the quality of end-of-life care. We are committed to fostering a culture of empathy, support, and advocacy, while promoting awareness and understanding of end-of-life care needs in Michigan and beyond.

Additionally, the Evergreen End of Life Care Foundation of Michigan aims to educate the public about end-of-life doulas, music therapies, massage therapies, and options like hospice and palliative care. This education empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their end-of-life care.
