Create a memorial bench and plaque for family

So many of us have been affected by the recent passing of Jackson (Jack) Otto and wanted to help the family somehow. With the endorsement of John and Toni we have partnered with the Washington Waterfowl Association (WWA)to install a memorial bench and plaque at Jacks favorite pond at the Lake Terrell WDFW complex. We are hoping to have the bench completed and installed the morning of the youth hunt in September where we will show it to the family and have a happy gathering.   This was a happy place for Jack and John and was recently endorsed and visited  by the family. Any excess funds will be given to the WWA  to create a scholarship fund in Jacks name.
