Help Ease Wendy's Burden During Cancer Treatment
Donation protected
Wendy Leeds has dedicated over two decades rescuing sick and injured marine mammals and nursing them back to health. Now she needs our help.
Wendy was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. She has been undergoing treatment but now it appears that she might move into chemotherapy as of next week. She has run out of sick time but faces many days ahead where she will need to stay home and take care of her health. Medical bills have wiped out her savings making it hard for her to make ends meet. The loss of work hours and piling bills means Wendy needs our help to get through this. This is going to be a long haul. She needs our support during this time so she can beat this disease without worrying about how she will pay for housing, electricity, water, food, not to mention any out of pocket medical expenses.
Please support someone who has spent her life helping so many furry, flippered and finned souls by rescuing and nursing them back to health. For so long she has put the animals before herself. In recognition of the many lives she has saved, let's help ease her burden as she fights for her own.
