My name is Khodadad, and I am his son, currently living in the United States. The most important person in my life is my father , Ibrahimi who is in Afghanistan, fighting a life threatening battle with bladder cancer.

Over the past months, his condition has worsened rapidly. He requires specialized, continuous medical care that is extremely difficult to access in Afghanistan. Despite the limited resources available, our family has done everything possible to keep him alive. We have already spent a large amount of money on hospital visits, tests, and treatments, much of it borrowed just to manage his condition and ease his pain.

Unfortunately, this is no longer enough. My father now needs ongoing specialized care, advanced treatment, medication, and close medical monitoring to survive. The costs of continued hospital care, medications, diagnostic tests, and supportive treatment inside Afghanistan have become overwhelming for our family. Every day without proper care puts his life at greater risk.

The funds raised through this campaign will be used for:

Specialized medical care in Afghanistan: Ongoing hospital treatment, specialist consultations, and necessary procedures.

Medications and ongoing treatment: Cancer-related medications, pain management, and supportive therapies.

Hospital and diagnostic costs: Tests, imaging, lab work, and repeated hospital visits required to monitor his condition.

Care and basic support: Transportation to medical facilities and essential living support during treatment.

My father is a kind, gentle man who devoted his entire life to his family. He never hesitated to sacrifice for us. Now, he is facing the hardest fight of his life, and we are struggling to keep up with the cost of his care.
