Hi everyone - my name is Caitlin Stenson and I’m here on behalf of the Arthur Rann Family School Association. Overnight on January 26th, our beloved Arthur Rann Elementary School suffered a fire in one of our first grade classrooms.

While the fire itself was contained to one classroom, that room is not the only one that sustained damage. Unfortunately, a large number of classrooms have suffered complete and total losses.

Further, our Arthur Rann Dragons will be temporarily relocated to other buildings in the district for an unknown length of time as repairs are ongoing. As you can imagine, this has been quite difficult for everyone involved.

The Family School Association is raising money to provide direct, equitable assistance to every affected educator and student, helping to ensure that our Arthur Rann family is fully supported through this challenging period. We are #RannStrong and we know that with each other and the support of our community, we’ll get through this!

We are so appreciative of any and all assistance that will allow us to give back to the classrooms that take such amazing care of our students. Thank you!
