After many years and hard work our time has finally come! Crazy Dingo Brewing Co will soon be a reality, and in a few months we will be brewing and selling our delicious beers at the beautiful Southern Fresh Farms on Penzance Blvd in Fort Myers!
We have come a long way, Dan and I, in our brewing journey and if you have been invited to view this GoFundMe page that means you were likely involved in the adventure along with us! Perhaps you have tried a beer of ours - maybe a few... maybe A LOT. Some beers have been better than others, and some have been out right terrible! - but all along the way its been with your input, ideas and support that we have been able to fine tune the Crazy Dingo style and slowly perfect our product.
We REALLY appreciate you being part of our Crazy Dingo family!
At the time of creating this page, we have received approval from the City of Fort Myers and from the State of Florida to commence our brewing operations at Southern Fresh Farms! The only thing we are waiting for at this point is the processing of our Federal brewing permit, and that could happen in as few as a couple months! This is very exciting for all!
Crazy Dingo beers have always stood out among others due to the fact that each of our beers is brewed as a small batch by hand by Dan or myself. We formulate each recipe ourselves and carefully fine tune it over time until the final product meets our standard as a delicious and unique beverage "experience" for us and you to enjoy. We brew beers that WE love to drink - we are happy that you've enjoyed them too!
We keep our production small which allows for that added attention and love that is hard to miss even in the first sip of our beer. Small batches also facilitate us to use unique ingredients such as FRESH fruits and spices in our brewing process that are often impractical for the larger scale breweries.
As we progress as an "official" brewery, we want to ensure that we will maintain our unique flavor and style and that means we intend to keep our production small. With our small batches and limited opening hours in the beginning our beers will establish a sort of "exclusivity" in the local brewing community. When you come to join us at Southern Fresh Farms there will always be something new to try and even our crowd favorites like Dingo Lite Lime and Wahoo Blue will rotate over time keeping things new and always fresh.
Teaming up with Robert and Shelly at Southern Fresh Farms will only enhance the Crazy Dingo experience! We will be the ONLY brewery in SWFL with our own hops GROWN ON SITE! We will be the most FAMILY FRIENDLY brewery in the area with a playground and farm animal petting zoo! We will be able to participate in the farm's already popular events like Friday Night Food Truck Nights!

So..... now to get real..... We hope to get CDB at SFF up and running with the lowest startup costs possible, and we'd love to avoid taking out any loans or seeking investors. We want to keep CDB as a "family small business". We would really love if CDB could essentially "fund itself" slowly over time! We intend on starting small and putting all our profits in the beginning BACK INTO CDB allowing for growth as we go. That all being said, we do have some start up costs to consider and that is where you all come in!
For high quality beer we need high quality WATER (obv beer is like 99.9% water duh!) and that means a water treatment system. We need to build a small bar and serving area at the farm, need to cool our walk in cooler and purchase brewing ingredients, drinking glasses etc....
We are hoping to raise at least $5000 to get Crazy Dingo Brewing up at running! We are asking for your help. You have been with us since the beginning (or even BEFORE the beginning if that makes any sense). Help Dan and I meet our goal and help our dream finally become a reality! WE ARE SO CLOSE! Let us continue to grow as a CDB Family! By donating to our start up costs you will become members of our exclusive CDB Family Mug Club earning a unique CDB mug which can be kept at the brewery or taken home... when you drink our beer from that mug it'll taste that much better as everyone will know you played such an integral role in supporting our humble beginning. We also will host a VIP tasting event prior to our official grand opening for all of our supporters. Of course - our CDB Family will have special deals on our beers and access to VIP events and beer releases as well...
