Crazy Love for Karen Anderson

Just a snippet of Karen's story, "I have spent most of my free time with my family, my love Kevin, and my exceptional grandchildren. I have been a physical therapist, working pretty much exclusively with geriatrics, working long hours, and saving for retirement. I finally got the job I wanted most, working at Aberdeen Village in Olathe and have been there for a little over a year. I have enjoyed my job as a PT, getting to meet so many different and wonderful people. It has been an honor to serve them. I was hoping to retire, spend time gardening, playing with my grandchildren, travelling, fixing my house, and volunteering. But there is a different plan for me. I have been diagnosed with ALS and will be trying to squeeze in as much living and loving as I can in whatever time I have left. I have faith in God to see me through this, my great love Kevin who will be with me caring for me through the end, and my loving family who will be my rock. Also tremendous friends who show their love in many ways. Please feel free to Facebook message me, I would love to hear from old friends this way. Keep me in your prayers.
