Hey Everyone!
On Saturday, January the 12th, our gal, ‘Crazy Carla’, took a horrific fall down a steep flight of stairs in which she landed on a concrete basement floor. Carla was left barely conscious and unable to move. She was immediately rushed to the Regina General Hospital via ambulance for medical attention.
There she laid, in excruciating pain, not knowing how serious her injuries were. After many tests and scans she soon found out she had approximately 10 fractured ribs, a fractured collar bone, a fractured foot, a fractured/collapsed lung and endured cranial bleeding. Luckily the bleeding had stopped but Carla is still in very rough shape!
Carla is from Saskatoon but was in Regina when the accident happened. All her friends and family live in Saskatoon but have been traveling to Regina to see her.
I’m hoping we can all rally behind our beautiful friend Carla and help with some of the financial burden this unfortunate accident has caused. Any money donated will go towards the ambulance bill, her rent/bills (as she is unable to work for 1-2 months), prescriptions, gas, hotel expenses for her family, etc.
Carla has always helped everyone in need and now it’s our turn to return the favour! Any little bit helps! Carla had to cancel an upcoming trip to Mexico as she was instructed by doctors. She is currently bed bound and and not mobile. Please say a prayer for a speedy recovery!
