Crash’s emergency surgery

Hi, friends! My name is Crash Davis and I need your help. My family noticed that my head was tilting in a cute but unusual way last month so I had to go to the vet. We learned that my tympanic membrane (that’s an eardrum!) had burst because my crazy Pug skull doesn’t let my ear canals grow right. A bunch of gunk gets trapped down there, causing painful swelling, and that’s what made my accident happen. I need what’s called a myringotomy which will create a hole in my ear to allow stuff to flow through like it should. This is a really expensive procedure that not a lot of vets can perform, and it also calls for a CT scan and bloodwork before they will even do it. My folks are looking for some way to get the money to help me. I was adopted from the Oregon Humane Society during the pandemic, and before that I was a stray in California. I’ve found a great life, but getting this fixed will make it even better. I know my family wants the best for me and will do what it takes to get it done!
