Hi my name is Evelyn-Hope Kelly .

I’m am 8 year old I was born with a condition called sagittal craniosynostosis.

This is where my skull fused sooner than it should have. When I was 9 months old I had a full head operation to fix my skull to make room for my brain to grow.

Over the years i have been back and forward to Birmingham children hospital for regular checkups With both my head and eyes.

Before Christmas I was took in to hospital to check if I had pressure behind my eyes this meant I had mri scan m,cts scan and eye tests with big machines to look in to and yes this was scary.

Later on in the year I started to feel more ill and bad aches which affected my everyday living and things I enjoy doing the most like my dancing, swimming n just running around like a normal child.

Over the summer holidays I was taken in to Birmingham hospital again and had something called a bolt which reads my pressure waves on my brain. This came back has built up pressure ,more when i was asleep at night n when I was more active.

So this means I will be having another operation on my skull again to make move room for my brain so I can enjoy the things I love doing the most without pain. This will also mean I will have my hair cut off.

I was thinking to give my hair to princess trust for other little girls that r poorly like myself and have no hair and raise a little money for the trust and also Birmingham children hospital for all there help they have gave me over the years.

my target would be brilliant to hit 2,500 and I would share this with both charities.

Hi has Evelyn mum i am so proud of how brave she has been, I would love to take her on a little shopping trip to London if Evelyn get to reach her target and she has a little extra that would be great to put towards her trip.

Has for a little girl this is a lot n she is willing to give her hair up and raise money but still going on a tough journey herself.

Evelyn will also be cutting her hair near to the Time of her operation in November early December.
