It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Charles “Craig” Parker. Craig Parker passed away suddenly June 9th, 2020 in West Memphis, Arkansas leaving behind three children. Words cannot express our sadness as we mourn the loss of our friend and colleague.
He had been a valued member of our tkE team since November 2017 and will be missed more than we can describe. Craig was a loved member of the Service Desk team who joined us early on after bringing our service desk back inside of tkE. He was with us through the trying times of standing up this service and was dedicated to support his team and the entire organization in creating a world class customer experience.
Your donations will go directly to his children's mother Allison Parker as a tribute to him and support for Ethan, Lilly, and Ariana. Any donation will help, as we pray that his family can focus on healing and celebrating his life.
