In line with Wellburn Care's Charity Partners Initiative, our Craghall care home in Jesmond has decided to support the wonderful Ouseburn Farm! This is a cause close to the hearts of our staff and residents at Craghall and we hope to make a real impact over the year by raising awareness and donations through various events, fundraisers and voluntary opportunities to support the charity.
