My name is Jennifer and I have organized this GoFundMe in hopes of raising funds for my cousin, Rachel and her family.

Rachel and Michael welcomed sweet baby James Devin Bergfield on Wednesday, May 28th, and although he fought the toughest fight a newborn could, he sadly passed away Thursday, May 29th, 2025.

This was unexpected and the kind of thing no parent plans for. While I know there’s no amount of money that can ease their pain, I’m hoping we can at least help them not have to worry about all the expenses that come after this type of loss.

Baby James, while your time on Earth was short, you left your mark on our hearts. We wish you could have stayed here in your mommy and daddy’s arms, but we know you are in Heaven with Aunt Sherri and our Heavenly Father.
