Claudia has been a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor at Hampton Inn & Suites for several years. She has been a pillar of reliability, consistently showing up with a strong work ethic, compassion for guests, and unwavering commitment to her team. Claudia is often the first to step up during high-demand days and the last to leave when help is needed.

On Friday, July 18, 2025, Claudia was injured on the job when a shelf collapsed and fell on her feet while she was preparing her cart for the day. Despite being in visible pain, she remained at work to help the team finish the shift, a true testament to her selflessness and dedication.

Later that evening, her condition worsened. Claudia was unable to walk and, while attempting to shower at home, she suffered a fall that resulted in a serious spinal injury. She is currently in the hospital undergoing evaluations and awaiting spinal surgery, followed by weeks, if not months, of physical therapy and recovery.

Why We’re Asking for Help:

Claudia is facing a long road to recovery, accompanied by mounting medical expenses. The financial burden of surgery, recovery, and basic living expenses is overwhelming, and she needs our support now more than ever.
