Cooper Lemmond is the most precious little boy who is courageously battling a very rare medical condition called Mycobacterium Abscessus which is a very difficult infection to treat. He is on a PICC line that administers antibiotics through an IV and he will be on these meds for a minimum of three months. His condition has not only caused him physical pain but has placed enormous emotional stress on him and his family..

The family travels often to Atlanta to the Children’s Hospital for treatment and doctors visits . Cooper was recently in the hospital for 10 days due to being diagnosed with C.Diff and having a weakened immune system. Over the last 4 years, Cooper has had multiple surgeries which has required lengthy hospitals stays.

Despite the hurdles the family faces, they continue with an unwavering spirit and faith in God. However, the staggering costs associated with his medical treatments and ongoing care have become a heavy burden for this precious family to bear alone.

We are reaching out to our community and friends to rally and help the Lemmond family so they can focus on Cooper’s health.
