Hello my name is Alex. I’ve been out as transgender since 2019. To complete my transition into a man I’m looking at getting top surgery. This would not only help me physically but also mentally and would really help complete who I am wanting to become.

this is extremely important to me as it is a step into being who I’ve wanted to be since I was little. For me personally it’s a life saving surgery.
