Hi my name is Amber Hardy Im a mom of 4 and I really don’t know too much of what im doing so im just going to tell u the truth from my heart I need help. My dad jack Harold Levi Got hit by a pickup truck on the 18th of February 2016. He was walking home from work on any normal day and went a normal route home and crossed at South Eastern Avenue North of east Reno in Las Vegas. He was struck by a man driving a pickup truck and im very sorry to what they’re going through but just the thought of my dad being hit and dying is killing me. Im his only kid he isn’t married and his mom just died a few years before. His dad had died when he was 12. He had a few close friends and family in Columbus, Ohio. His best friends was probably my cousin Johnny Levi and Greg and Barb. Jimmy Rookstool, Clark and Hody. We really need the help, I need the help. I got thirty days from yesterday which really means three(3) weeks because I have to give the funeral home some notice if I raised enough.

Im trying to raise $8,900 dollars that includes $2,940 just for his embalming and the transportation to get him here from Las Vegas. $685 dollars for the cheapest casket I don’t even know what it looks like but that isn’t any concern I don’t care what he’s buried in I just want him to get what he wanted and he said never cremated so I need to do this for him it’s the last thing im ever going to be able to do for my dad. Also $3,800 for the viewing and service. Then another $1,475 For the plot and burial service at the cheapest cemetery I know.  He went there to straighten up his life, not to end it. He meant everything to me. When the coroner read off his tattoos to me his moms name Alice and a marijuana leaf then he said my name I couldn’t believe it I never even got to see it. I want to see him so bad and see my name on his chest.

I got 30 days from yesterday but that’s just how long they will keep him I got until March 21st.  

I don’t think I can express any more how I feel. I mean I lost my dad I was his pride and joy I was his only kid. Im lost without him. I just can’t believe it my dad is really gone. I will always miss u daddy I just wish u could have known I missed u and was so proud of u. You really are the best. I miss u so much.

 

I will be so thankful. I do work every day and  I make minimum wage so believe me I know the value of a dollar. Every little bit counts. And my dads last wishes will be a success. And really thank u so much. Prayers go out to all of u that just took the time to read this.
