Hi. My name is Shayla Gardner and I am a friend of Levi Vargas and Emily Monroe. On behalf of everyone who love both Levi and Emily, I’m saddened to share the tragic loss of Levi’s life on September 1, 2022. Levi was involved in a motorcycle crash on 211 and was life flighted to OHSU where he ended up succumbing to his injuries.

For those who knew Levi knew he was unapologetically himself, full of fire and spirit. He loved music, his friends, his puppy and Emily and her sons. He pushed life to its limits and lived those limits with a smile on his face. Levi and Emily eventually settled down in Estacada where they were building a life together and the devastation this has caused has ripped a hole in so many hearts, and right through the middle of their life.

We are fundraising to help Emily cover cost of bills, funeral expenses and time off so that she’s able to take time to grieve without the financial burden weighing on her. All donations will go straight to Emily.
