Hi everybody! As you may know, there’s been a serious backlog affecting the auto repair industry. I damaged my car last Halloween, and I’m just today getting it towed to a repair shop. I have no idea how long the repair will take.

Insurance will cover most of the repair costs. Once the repair is completed, I will need to pay the car tabs (not cheap), and the Uber inspection.

Meanwhile I’m using my rental to do DoorDash. This pays about 25% of what Uber pays. It’s better than nothing, but it makes my 1st of the month bills almost impossible to pay.

That’s my story. Hopefully you’ll consider my cause worthy.
