Hi everyone,

I’ve decided to shave my head to raise money for Mind, a charity that supports people struggling with their mental health.

This cause means so much to me — I’ve lost two people to mental health, and I know so many others who continue to struggle every day. No one should have to face that pain alone.

By doing this, I want to help raise awareness, start conversations, and remind people that it’s okay not to be okay. Every donation, big or small, will go towards helping Mind provide vital support, advice, and hope for those who need it most.

As a 20-year-old girl, shaving my head is a big step — but if it helps even one person feel seen, supported, or inspired to reach out for help, then it’s completely worth it.
