Hi friends and family - Most of you know by now that Grady is struggling with lung and throat cancer and is in the final stages on Hospice. Because cancer on his voice box and the tumor in his throat has affected his voice and led to a tracheostomy, he can no longer speak. This happened not long after the fire in Paradise, where he endured and lost everything he owned except the shirt off his back. As you know, he has a son Jaden who also lost everything and had to be uprooted from the life he knew.

Grady has always been a loving, fun, crazy daredevil kind of person, Always "Happy Go Lucky! " Would give the shirt off his back, be there is a heartbeat for anything friends or family needed. I am reaching out to ask for help with end-of-life costs that are coming quickly. I don't want to see his son Jaden, who is only 19, have to figure out how to pay for this. It is hard enough that he is losing his dad at a young age. As Grady would say... " What a long strange trip it's been."

He is thankful for all his friends and will cherish the memories.
