Cowles Park in East Granby CT. is seeking donations to procure a SnowDog Trail Groomer and SingleTrack attachment. This piece of equipment will be used to groom the snow-covered trails of Cowles Park to provide 10+ miles of Winter trail use for Fatbiking, Snowshoeing, Hiking and Backcountry skiing.
In an effort to provide full transparency for your investment, the following information is provided-
- The machine will be purchased from Fraser Auto Service in Lee, MA. The cost of the machine + Singletrack groomer - Sales tax - Military Discount = $4363.00.
-The machine will be operated and maintained by local volunteers and securely stored locally within Cowles Park for ready access during/after a snowfall. The machine will be secured locally during off-season.
