YOGGIC COVID-19 Relief Fundraiser

Dear Yoggic Community,
As many other small businesses in Chicago, we have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. When we're able to finally open our doors at the end of June, it will be over 3 months since we had to close our physical space.
We have been very fortunate to be able to continue offering classes via Zoom, but as you can imagine, this doesn't compare to what we had before. Our fixed expenses at 3110 N Sheffield are very high, and with the online activity is very hard to cover everything. Our monthly rent alone is $7,426. As many other small businesses, we are waiting in line to get financial assistance from the city of Chicago, and the Small Business Association, but none of that is guaranteed.
Our client base is the main source of income for the studio, and as of today 40% of the memberships have been either cancelled or paused. This is a very scary reality for us, and we are hopeful that once we can go back to normal, we will get them back.
We have been reluctant to ask for help to cover our fixed expenses, but we currently feel it is time to reach out to our community, friends and family. We want to open up and be honest with you, and we really need your support.
We created this fundraiser specifically to cover 1 month of rent, so our goal is $7,500.
Yoggic was created so we all could come together in order to grow, learn, be ourselves, belong, expand, discover and find/live our purpose on a grander scale. Please know this space is still buzzing with your energy. It's radiating through the city and out to all those you know and love. It doesn't live within these walls.
