On April 29, 2020 my very dear friend Ricky Perez lost his battle against COVID-19.
Ricky fought so very hard to come home to his beautiful Donna, 3 kids, daughter in law, and 2 grandchildren. Doctors were amazed at his strength as he fought through his sedation many
times in the 3 weeks that he was on the vent. However Ricky did not make it to his 61st birthday on May 5th. His family is devastated. Ricky would crack you up laughing within the first few
minutes that you saw him. Oh what a contagious smile and beautiful personality he had. He
would go to the ends of the earth to help neighbors, friends, family and even strangers. Working hard to support his family was an understatement as he often worked 2 jobs to support them. I
am setting up this fund to help my wonderful and dear friend Donna and her family with funeral
costs and future financial expenses that the family will incur. I have known them both for over 50 years. I am thankful for any small amount that you can contribute and I ask that everyone please keep them in your prayers. Thank you.
