COVID-19 Assistance for Poor Brahmins

The second wave of COVID-19 is devastating India.  Families are having to deal with losing their sole income earners, not to mention their mothers, sons, and daughters.
       In some cases, entire families are succumbing to the virus leaving no survivors.
       Using what limited resources they have, the family members of the sick are fighting hard.

These families are facing severe financial hardships,
The goal of this fund is to help mostly the low earning Brahmin families with a focus on people who lost a family member or lost their means to support the family.

Many people have approached us because of the last year fundraiser we did for Archakas and Purohits.
We are working with local communities and whatsapp groups to identify the beneficiaries and determine the needs.


We are organizing this fundraiser to help the impoverished and most economically impacted families.

Our goal is to make sure the fund helps people in below cases
1. Families who lost their livelihood because of death/sickness in the family
2. Purohits, Archakas and others who are dependent on religious ceremonies
2. Families who have to bear the cost of treatment and don't have resources 
3. Buy medicines/groceries/incidental costs etc., for persons with COVID
4. Providing resources for children in the impacted families
