COVID19: 3D Printing Personal Protective Equipment
Donation protected
As COVID 19 ravages through our nation and the world at large, supplies that keep healthcare workers safe are running scarce. Doctors and nurses are asked to work long hours without proper equipment. The Seldinger Society is teaming up with the University of South Dakota and local businesses to address this shortage. Through the use of 3D printing, YOUR donations will help develop masks and face shields to protect our providers on the front lines.
Let's take care of them so they can take care of us!
The Seldinger Society at the University of South Dakota is a nationally recognized and awarded interventional and diagnostic radiology interest group. We are a medical student-run group and this campaign is not for profit. Our members are highly involved in medical research and are dedicated in serving patients. With access to resources such as medical laboratories and a dozen 3D printers, the Seldinger Society will efficiently use funds to address the personal protective equipment shortage in the United States.
