COVID Response for the Homeless Clinic at UCLA

We are putting together care packages for the many people who have been displaced during this COVID pandemic. The Parks and Recreation services facilities in LA have been converted into temporary homeless shelters. There are rampant scabies outbreaks, which requires a shower and clean clothes as part of treatment. But these facilities have no clean clothes to offer, and the result is, thousands of people are getting sick.

These care packages will include clothing, hygeine products, food, and other basic necessities. Any additional funds raised will go directly and immediately towards procuring basic necessities for the clients we serve. Our organization is completely volunteer run, so 100% of all donations go directly to homeless clients at shelters in Los Angeles.

We are hoping to create these care packages in the Spring and Summer of 2020. Other ways to help include donating new, clean clothes and hygiene supplies to our clinic. Please contact the organizer for the shipping and drop off address.
