COVID Relief Fund - Sri Lanka

This fundraiser is created by Sri Lankan Graduate and Alumni students from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Bellevue University, and University of Nebraska Medical Center, Nebraska, USA to support COVID treatment projects in Sri Lanka. 

All the proceedings of this fundraiser will go towards COVID care centers, hospitals, and treatment centers in Sri Lanka and all the spendings will be updated on this fundraiser page and on the FaceBook group "Volunteer Force Against COVID (VFAC) - Sri Lanka" 
(VFAC Sri Lanka).

As the COVID-19 crisis increases rapidly in Sri Lanka, medical professionals and authorities have expressed the inevitable need for several medical resources and necessities to save lives in this difficult time. While the government is doing its best in the given circumstances, we have decided to do our civic duty by joining the fight. We are raising funds to provide some of these supplies to extremely rural communities. We have seen many volunteer efforts to save COVID patients but we need to expand our efforts as COVID cases are increasing by the minute.

Please join the fight along with us by contributing any amount which will be directly used to provide the COVID treatment supplies, such as beds, mattresses, bedsheets, pillows, masks, nebulizers, Oxygen supplies, electric boilers, sanitizers, protective gears, etc. Even a single dollar can stretch so far.


 
As requested by the medical professionals and volunteers, the initial donations will be donated to extremely rural areas in each province in Sri Lanka. Each dollar from your generous donation will value so much with an increasing number of new treatment centers as the surge in covid patients in every corner of Sri Lanka.
