COVID Relief Fund for Nima and Co.

This GoFundMe campaign was created to provide financial relief for Nima, Ang, and their family. COVID-19 has severely impacted the tourism industry and, as many of us know, many of the Sherpa people and Nima's family rely on tourism for a large portion of their annual income. In the past year, they were forced to cancel several trips that were planned due to the pandemic. Nima and Ang have also just had another child (Nangsel) and plan on opening a new bakery in Pheriche. Our support could really make a difference in providing financial security for their new family and business.

Nima and Co. provided one of the most unique and memorable experiences for those involved in previous Mount Everest Base Camp Expeditions. It would not have been possible without them. Just like on the trip, we all had to support each other to reach our goals, and now we have the opportunity to support Nima and his family achieve their goals during such adverse times.
