Covid Relief for Oak Lawn Comics

Oak Lawn Comics, formerly Chimera's Comics, is a store that has been proudly serving the village of Oak Lawn for years by providing comic books, toys, collectibles and tabletop gaming to people of all ages. Like many businesses they have been hit hard during the Covid-19 pandemic and the purpose of this campaign is to give back to a store that has been a friendly and welcoming establishment to anyone and everyone who comes in.

Brian Stuchell, the owner and sole employee of the store, works tirelessly day in, day out to provide for all of his customers. Whether you are a returning face or someone who has never set foot in a comic book store, he treats everyone who comes as a valued customer and friend. He has given back to the community by hosting events for local artists, promoting their works and even during this pandemic sent out care packages with comics to those in need, all just because, never for any sort of gain. 

I am choosing to do this fundraiser on my own to not only help him as a friend but also to help keep Oak Lawn Comics around to continue to provide entertainment and good times to all who walk through it's doors as we continue to move through these difficult and scary times and hopefully beyond.
