An initiative by "Friends of MP"  from across the globe to support Covid Relief work in MP, India.

Current situation in India is very challenging due to shortage of medical supplies and Oxygen.  

We need your support in this crucial and testing time to help people in need across the state.  Please help people in this hour of crisis by your generous donations and by promoting this fundraiser. Your help will enable us to purchase Oxygen Concentrators, Oxygen Cylinders, PPE Kits and other medical supplies, which is in short supply in small towns and village hospitals.

Frontline workers/volunteers at ground zero are working their heart out day and night.   For the cause of humanity we all need to come together to support India's fight against Covid.

"Help Save a Village" is a 501(c)3  nonprofit. All donations are tax exempt. Details of the utilized fund will be shared with donors at the completion of the campaign.

Q. Please tell us about you?

A. We are a group of NRIs who were either born in MP or studied in MP, and want to pay back to MP in this difficult time. Some of us are heads of different Nonprofit such as India Association of Los Angeles, Dharma Civilization Foundation etc. We are well connected with the MP government. All organizers in the team donated $500 to $1000 for this cause.


Q. How will you utilize the fund?
A. 100% collected fund will go to buying supplies such as Oxygen Concentrators, Medicine, Oxygen Cylinders etc. If we have any unused fund at the end of the campaign then it will be donated to either MP government fund or, PM care Fund. Absolutely 0% overheads.


Q. Are you 501(c)3?
A. The nonprofit organization “Help Save a Village”, extended their help in utilizing their resources without anything in the return. It is a 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax exempt in the USA. Thanks to “Help Save a Village” for their collaboration with “Friends of MP”.


Q. How will you maintain transparency?
A. We are collecting all donations through GoFundMe, so all collected donations will be easy to track by anyone as it displays on the site. We will send out all expenditures (amount spent in acquiring medical items with invoices) to all donors. They all can easily see how funds are utilized.


Q. How will you deliver the items in MP?
A. We will connect with district collectors and deliver items to them. They will hand over delivered items to the hospital.


Q. Can I become part of the organizing team?
A. Yes, if you are willing to spend your volunteering time, capable of bringing donations, and donate money then you are most welcome to join the organizing team.
