My mom lives in southeast Texas by herself, she works full time in Port Arthur but unfortunately contracted Covid. After her health did not improve she went to the doctor and they found a mass in her lower back. We won’t know the results about that until 11/11 but her symptoms have kept her from returning to work which means her bills are piling up. The 31 years I have known this woman, she has always supported herself. It pains me to think that she cannot right now. The rent relief program Texas set up has already capped its donation limit so unfortunately we have to try other means of sourcing help. I hope if you’re out there and have extra funds to spare, that you consider donating. More information will be posted as we take this journey.
