Covid front liner faces new fight with cancer

My mom is an amazing mother of five and grandmother of three who has spent
her adulthood giving back to others through her journey as a RN, BSN.
Once the pandemic hit my mom spent months traveling to states that needed her assistance in the fight to save lives that were being attacked by this scary virus.
After helping fight on the frontlines during the rise of Covid-19, she now has to
face her own fight. After being mislead numerous times about what was causing
her pain, she has now been diagnosed with endometrium cancer and will need a
total hysterectomy with costs at $13,000 that is being required upfront before
treatment can begin. Having no health insurance and costs needing to be paid
upfront, we are asking for as much help as possible. Doctors believe we have been mislead for too long that we are now running out of time due to a low hemoglobin of 8.2, they fear she will not have a high enough numbers to be able to operate on to ensure that the cancer doesn't spread further into her body. We are hoping to book her surgery within this next month if we are able to come up with the funds
to do so. Anything helps us as we go through this tough time of our FAVORITE
essential nurse fighting this new fight.
