COVID Essential Worker Now Needs Pacemaker in ICU
Donation protected
Recently my family contracted the COVID-19 virus....and though we were all facing mild symptoms my younger sister (Christy Gbaruko, 43) got it worse. She started to experience severe symptoms such as fever, vomiting, chills, etc which led to her passing out at work and being transported to Piedmont hospital. Her battle against this virus has taken many conflicting turns and it has all been very stressful. Recently her heart rate dropped to 30 and below and after all their attempts to raise her heart rate they still failed. Because of this, she had to undergo heart surgery in which they inserted an
artificial cardiac pacemaker. The funds for her surgery and her stay in the hospital are beyond our financial capabilities especially since she does not have health insurance. As of today 12/6/2020 she has been in the hospital for 4 weeks and we are kindly asking for any type of donation and assistance to help her recover from this illness....if donations aren’t possible please use your time to share this across any social media platforms ANYTHING HELPS !! ❤️❤️❤️
