We are from a village Marripadu , Nellore district, A.P. and 80% of the families are below poverty families. Our village is affected with covid 19 and lost 10+ people in the early stages of the second wave and trying to not lose anyone from our village.
We form a team and provide awareness on covid, motivating to take tests and medication whenever the symptoms are observed. Visited most of the homes in the village and Identified families with covid 19 symptoms. We raised funds and distributed medical kits, masks, sanitizers and vegetables for the below poverty families. Most of the people are using towels or their dresses(sary/dupatta) as a mask. We need to raise more funds to distribute masks, sanitizers and medical kits.
Our village is like a mother/family and learned a lot of things while growing up in this village. We want to save our village family members. Please help us.
