It’s with a heavy heart that I share this news.. Mary Covey, a loving mother of 3 (15, 13 and 7) has been battling cancer for the last couple of years. She is the strongest woman I know, a fighter like no other I have known. Recently, Mary was given the news that this terrible disease has spread and that there is not much that can be done except for comfort care. Mary had to do what no mother should have to do and tell her children last night this devastating  news. Mary is the nucleous of this family financially.  Medical bills, medical supplies, medicines have taken an extreme toll of this family, not to mention the extensive travels back and forth to UW Madison.  Anything you can do to help out this family would be greatly appreciated..  I told them that they are not alone and their extended family is here for them.
