Bob (85) & Diane (79) Covey’s home burned to the ground Monday Nov 2 in Ninilchik Alaska. It was a devastating loss. Everything is gone including their IDs etc. Diane received a few moderate sized burns and is currently in an Anchorage Hosp receiving skin graft.
They had no insurance on the home and are on limited senior incomes. Temps are freezing and even electricity will need to be restored so they can tend to daily care of farm animals they keep. 
Bob and Diane are original homesteaders and built their home in the early 60s raising their 3 children there, Ben, Susanne, & Brian Covey. They are also Gamma & Papa to my 3 girls and Susanne’s 4 children. 

Right now we are focused on helping financially so any houseware donations have a home to go into.
